Shipping Charges: Please be advised that delays may occur with FedEx that are beyond our control. We are unable to reimburse clients for shipping charges if items do not arrive within the expected timeframe. A tracking label image will be provided on the day your items are shipped.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule: Orders will be processed three business days after payment is received in our bank account. We ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders ship within 7 - 9 days

Verification and Packaging: Prior to shipping, we verify your credit card information and email to ensure the address provided is accurate. All packages are double-boxed to ensure that your jewelry arrives in the same pristine condition it left our facility. Tracking information will be emailed to you the day of shipping.

Insurance Costs Insurance is calculated at $2.50 per $1,000.00 plus 6.75 direct signature required.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical address, such as a residential or office address.

Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to this policy, and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

We offer an immediate return policy with the following conditions: You must request a return label on the same day of delivery. A return label will be provided within 24 hours of your request. You must double-box the item(s) and return them in their original condition, with all parts included, within 24 hours of receiving the return label. A FedEx pickup will be scheduled from your location You must directly hand it to the driver. DO NOT leave it outside for the driver to pick up due to insurance policy. Fedex typically picks up in the afternoon. You will be only charged for the outbound shipping.

Special Orders: If a jewelry item is out of stock, you may place a special order by contacting us at 208.725.0120. Special orders take up to 60 days to fulfill, and 100% payment is required in advance. Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds for special orders.
